Natalie Nicol

Natalie joined Penman Consulting in July 2025 as a People Services Administrator, supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and the full employee lifecycle. She works closely with the People Services Manager to deliver people-focused initiatives and ensure smooth HR processes across the business.

Since 2022, Natalie has held HR roles at CH&CO Group and St Gabriel’s, gaining experience in onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. She holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification and brings a strong people-first mindset to her work.

Natalie is passionate about helping others grow and previously volunteered in Honduras, supporting women escaping domestic abuse by helping them start their own businesses; an experience that continues to inspire her approach to people and purpose.
